H2Only challenge : Can you become a master of self control? Take 2 weeks: Drink nothing but water. You don’t have to stand on your head or eat lentils to exercise your self-control. Take the H2Only challenge and drink nothing but water for 2 weeks from the 27 May - 10 June, to raise money for the RNLI. make waves. save lives.
