Some have recieved a letter and application form from the Russian Embassy in London (via The MOD) RE: "The Ushakov Medal" The letter states once they have a clear and exhaustive list of the Arctic Convoy participants it will be forwarded to Moscow and a special decree will be signed by the President of Russian Federation to confer this honour. As soon as the Presidential decree is signed and the medals delivered to London the Embassy will get in touch with everybody concerned.
